More Developments in Beta
Well, Even with school back in full swing, I was able to spend 10 hours today working on Myspace 2.0ize. I made some major progress today.
New Features:
- The abilty to save with a name and come back and load just using that name. No need to remember a long username anymore.
- The profile is loaded from a xml file, which means that very soon will be the ability to add multiple of the same type of widget, and whatever kind of images, text, or links you want to a div.
Still to do:
- Firefox cuts of part of the code when trying to get your myspace code
- The speciality widgets, such as the music box, picture box, calender, and rss box
- Design a few basic templates
- Find a way to automatically delete files that havent been updated in two weeks.
- Create a leave a comment form.
Overall, the release is coming soon and I hope that someday I wont just be talking to myself about this stuff…
