How To: easily move from MSN to gmail
I got a gmail account over a year ago, but just recently did I make the full move from msn to gmail. It took me so long because I still had so many contacts that emailed my old email address that I didnt dare abandon it.
Forward Emails from Old Address
Today I found a solution, GetMail For Hotmail. It automatically forwards all emails from a msn or hotmail account to any address. The one thing I didnt like about it was the fact that it has to run on my computer and isnt just some free service I can sign up for, but hey, I’m just happy I dont have to deal with hotmail anymore.
Import old Contacts
Another thing that made the move from MSN to Gmail was that fact that I would lose all of my Contacts. The gmail team has put together an easy to follow guide to import your MSN contacts.
